Rent roll

A snapshot of every unit's lease terms and rent as of a date.

Definition

The rent roll is the most-used property report. It shows unit, resident, lease term, rent, deposit, and balance for every leased unit.

Example

A 20-unit rent roll lists 18 occupied units at rents ranging from $1,600 to $2,200 and 2 vacant units.
