Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ayillo, operated by RepairFlow Inc. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

Last updated August 3, 2026

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Workspace administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the permissions they grant.

Listing and verification rules

You may only list a property you own or are authorized in writing to market. Listings must be accurate, currently available, and priced as advertised.

Ayillo runs identity, contact, and ownership-authority verification before a listing can be published, and may request additional documentation at any time.

Fraudulent, duplicate, bait-and-switch, or discriminatory listings are removed and the account may be suspended permanently. We cooperate with law enforcement on rental fraud.

Fair housing and non-discrimination

All users must comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair-housing laws. Screening criteria must be applied consistently to every applicant.

Payments

Ayillo is the system of record for amounts charged, paid, waived, refunded, and adjusted; payments are executed by regulated payment providers. Ayillo is not a bank and does not hold client funds as a fiduciary.

You authorize charges to the payment method you register, including recurring autopay where you have signed an authorization. Late fees are assessed only where permitted by the lease and by law.

Returned or failed payments may incur the fee stated in your lease or workspace settings.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly in advance at the rates published on the pricing page, including per-unit charges above your plan's included units.

You can cancel at any time from workspace settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period; partial periods are not prorated. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may export your data before or after cancellation using the built-in export tools.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, reverse engineering, security circumvention, spam, malware, impersonation, or use of resident contact data for unrelated marketing.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and media you upload and grant Ayillo the license needed to host, display, and process it to run the service, including publishing listings you choose to publish and syndicating them to channels you enable.

Third-party services

Ayillo connects to third-party and affiliated services such as payment, screening, e-signature, invoicing, and vendor-dispatch providers. Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their performance.

Disclaimers and liability

Ayillo is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and lease templates and law summaries are informational, not a substitute for counsel in your jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the marketplace. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
