Property accounting that ties directly to the lease ledger

Every payment, charge, deposit, and payout is booked to the property and unit it belongs to — so month-end is a click, not a rebuild.

What a property ledger has to prove

An owner needs to know, for each property, how much rent was collected, how much was withheld for reserves and expenses, and what was distributed. A property manager needs to prove the same numbers back. Ayillo's ledger records every event at the source — a rent payment lands against a charge, a repair invoice against a work order — so owner statements reconcile without a spreadsheet.

Owner statements and distributions

Owner statements are generated per property and per period, showing income, itemized expenses with source links, management fees, reserves, and net distribution. Distributions are tracked separately and can be exported to QuickBooks or paid through connected banking.

Does Ayillo replace QuickBooks?
