What imports
- Property and unit CSVs
- Lease and resident CSVs
- Ledger balance CSVs
- Work-order CSVs (optional)
Ayillo's data import accepts CSV files for properties, units, leases, residents, and ledger balances. Files are validated on upload and errors are surfaced row-by-row.
Files over 25 MB are split. Errors on a row don't stop the import — they're queued for review.
For a portfolio under 500 units, most migrations complete in 1–2 business days including reconciliation.

Give every resident a portal for rent, maintenance, documents, and lease renewals — no separate app needed.
Drop an export and we'll show exactly what Ayillo would import — properties, units, residents, leases, balances, and work orders. No account, no upload: your file is parsed on this device and never sent to our servers.
How to export: Upload any CSV — the engine maps headers it recognizes.
